Terms and Conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in coaching services provided by CW Private Sports Coaching, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Coaching Services
2.1. Description: CW Private Sports Coaching offers sports coaching services tailored to your specific needs and goals, as agreed upon between you and the coach.
2.2. Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with the coaching services as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
2.3. Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and agreement between you and the coach.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. Client Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice to the coach. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
3.2. Coach Cancellations: If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule, or a makeup session or refund will be provided.
4. Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1. Client Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during coaching sessions. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in termination of coaching services without refund.
4.2. Client Health and Safety: You are responsible for informing the coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or other health-related issues that may affect your participation in coaching sessions.
4.3. Liability: CW Private Sports Coaching, and the coach are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur during coaching sessions.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate coaching services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Refunds for prepaid sessions will be provided on a prorated basis.
6. Privacy
CW Private Sports Coaching respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. However, we may use your data for internal purposes and communication related to coaching services.
7. Amendments
CW Private Sports Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of coaching services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By enrolling in coaching services with CW Private Sports Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
